酱牛肉

<p>喜欢吃酱牛肉,但是喜旺卖的真的是有点贵,每次20块钱的就一口,不够吃的,而且还有点齁咸。</p><p>于是下早班,心血来潮。一直心心念念想自己做个酱牛肉。</p><p>这也是我第一次做这个,还是没谱的。于是各平台搜索做的方法,什么三放三不放,什么炒酱。看了一个多小时吧,终于学废了。这就好比练功,练了多家门派,必定会走火入魔的。</p><p>买了一堆调料,叫上名的叫不上名的,七八种。去文化路市场买牛肉,找了一家卖牛羊肉最大的店。两个大姨。我说买好牛腱子肉,多少钱呀。大姨张口就说批发价哈43.我说好给我批发100块钱的。给我秤上了一块4斤多,我说就一人吃,太多了。我给切了一半。2斤7两左右。知道我做酱牛肉,给我切了4小块。还送了我调料包,我说,姨呀早知道你给调料包,我就不去超市买这七八种调料了,还能在你这多买斤牛肉。姨还告诉我方法,说不用焯水,这是已经排酸的牛肉。凉水下锅,加上葱姜和这个料包,放酱油老抽,直接炖,开锅后中小火1个小时,用筷子戳一下,很容易穿透就可以了。</p><p 哈哈,可以了,我觉得这四块有2斤。相当于做出来60一斤。很不错了。吃的放心,比买熟的合适 煮牛肉加点山楂。。。烂得快,马上新鲜山楂下来了,晒点干留着煮牛肉的时候放点 太好啦!!!!!!!!!! 真好呀 不糙 喜旺食品除了贵没别的毛病 好! 珍好!

学习了 真厉害 还可以做西红柿炖牛肉 爽啊 我用高压锅闷的也是做了2次 酱牛肉不放大料、桂皮。放姜,洋葱就行,有干山楂片可以放一点儿。看你买的不太像牛腱子肉。 煮完泡一晚上更入味 mp0 发表于 2025-9-11 15:26
